Seasonal DeToxThis is the 1st in a series. Specifically designed according to the current or upcoming season. We'll be blending Yoga with Chinese Medicine Five-Element Theory Seasons come with specific rhythms and in Oriental medicine each season will represent parts of the body. FALL corresponds
to the element of metal and represents the organs of the lungs, large intestine and the skin. It’s about letting go
of grief, old attachments and emotional baggage. This is the time to organize your life for the winter season ahead and for coming more inside your body and mind to reflect on
your life. This workshop
has an energetic focus & is designed to help you shed unnecessary layers—mental, physical, and spiritual. All levels
are welcome to celebrate the change of the seasons and bring out your radiant inner self.
TO MAXIMIZE BENEFITS:1. Avoid refined sugars and ‘junk’ foods 24-48 hrs prior.2. Hydrate the day before drinking 8 -8oz. glasses of filtered water. 3. Avoid alcohol 24hr prior to workshop4.

Back pain is increasingly a problem for many adults. Strengthening
the core as well as lengthening and stretching surrounding muscles can be helpful for many back pain sufferers. This
2hr retreat will walk the student through a series of stretches designed to target the pesky trouble spots. Your back
will feel amazing after this class, and with a bit consistency you could see back aches reduced or even eliminated completely!
Note: Back pain could be the
result of serious problem, consult your physician before beginning this program to see if yoga is appropriate for you. Pre-Registration required- Please bring
2 blankets or pillow.

to effectively ward off invading microbes, etc. Yoga has
transformational qualities which can assist us back to a more even keel.
We’ll build & boost the immune system with specific yoga asanas, pranayama, & guided imagery. Just
in time for the winter months!!
